Biography
Audriana Cole is a native Idahoan and a first-generation college graduate. She joined the Student Affairs team in 2024. She has a bachelor’s degree in Communication with a certificate in Leadership and Human Relations from Boise State University. She also has a master’s degree in Adult, Organizational Learning and Leadership from the University of Idaho. Audriana currently serves as an adjunct with the Leadership department at Boise State University. She has co-published a paper on how educators can help develop college student’s social capital and had the opportunity to present that work at the Leadership Educators Institute in 2022.
Audriana is passionate about higher education and seeing students become leaders professionally and in their communities. When Audriana is not in the office you can find her exploring the backcountry in her Jeep with her border collie!
